Neither the insured or you will have no extra paperwork as you will send us a request for a voucher in lieu of sending a cheque to the insured The difference is that your cheque will be for 95% of the value of the voucher which we will reclaim that off the retailer in return for directing the business in its direction. We will pay the retailer for the flooring.

- There is no extra paperwork for the company.
- There is also an added value service that we will offer: Should the carpets require measuring, we will validate the type of carpet on the floor and ensure that the cash settlement is correct. This could reduce the insurance company’s loss even further.
- The policyholders get everything they want and through the reduction in the value of the claim, the policy holder benefits from a smaller increase in premium at renewal – giving a greater incentive to renew the policy.
